Shipping Policy

We primarily ship ground. If you would like your order sent via the US postal system, use the comments section to let us know, or callour toll free telephone number. We do try to give you the most affordable shipping cost as possible. In terms of payment, ACS do not ship without payment unless credit has been established.

If there will be delays of shipping, this might be because we do run out of product occasionally because of the high demand of our towels. When shipping outside the United States, ACS Home & Work is not responsible for the duties and taxes needed for the shipment. ACS Home & Work will send out email confirmations and updates regarding a particular order. However, due to various reasons (spam filters, etc.), our email don't always make it to the buyer. But we always do our best to keep you always on the loop concerning your order. If you have any concerns regarding your orders, do call us anytime at our toll free number. Shipping cost is roughly 15%-20% of the order cost. Larger orders, such as above $100.00 are roughly in the 10% range. Shipping using UPS, FedEx, and USPS have minimum charge for packages. It also changes frequently, the price is around $6.00 for a small package. ACS always tries to watch over every order, we always choose the lowest shipping cost there is. Sometimes, shipping through USPS makes the lowest shipping cost but sometimes it does not, it depends on the area it is going.

Among our products, the most costly to ship are the pillows because of it's volume. ACS knows every trick in the book to save on shipping cost. Sometimes, it works to suck the air out and sometimes it does not. It depends on the area and the size of the order. If you want to save money ship it to a business. If you run a small business from your home, ask your local FedEx store, UPS store, or pack and ship if they receive packages. Pick up your order from them and use the business shipping option.
